Such a good way of testing out new gel flavours. And if you’re like me and would rather have a bunch different flavours instead of getting fatigue from the one flavour, I’d highly suggest getting the variety pack.
These just work. Great pick-me-up at the turnaround point. Raspberry goes down like a treat when I'm tired.
My favourite gels!! I have been telling everyone to get on board these gels. I have trained for marathons and half marathons for over 5 years and have suffered through so many gels that don't sit well or don't taste good. These gels give me a great energy boost, and the low sugar content really sits well with me. Love the delicious flavours and the packaging is a bonus too with the reusable lid. 10/10.
I’ve been using the gels for a couple of my my high-intensity gym/Hyrox classes and they’ve been a game changer! They sit really well in my stomach, which is a huge thing for me when training hard. I also love that they’re not super thick, they’re really easy to get down while you’re training. The caffeinated gels are definitely my go-to, especially for those sessions where I need that extra little boost! 5/5 from me ! Definitely gels I’ll keep in my training kit! 💪🏼
I keep a couple in my kit bag at all times. Didn't bother with water during a CrossFit comp and they still went down easily. Ten out of ten.
