I’ve used the isotonic gels on three long runs ranging from 16-25km They’re great! The texture and flavours are great and the screw cap is a brilliant thing. The only challenge I have is space. They’re larger than other gels so finding space for up to 8 -10 gels is hard
I have never used gels before, its a great way to see what flavours are the best before investing in a whole box ! Starting my running journey these have been a game changer 💪🏼
